If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days. The garment must be returned with all original tags and packaging. Please indicate on your delivery note if an exchange or refund is required. Upon receipt and examination, we will exchange the item and dispatch free of charge or issue a full refund for the value of the item.
Where the goods have been dispatched, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using a recorded delivery service.
Refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear or jewellery due to hygiene except where the item is faulty.
